People are the critical ingredient for business success and this was surely contibutory to the evolvement and growth of Medavia over the last thirty years. The fact that the Company has transformed in what it is today, depicts the great dedication, knowledge and passion of its employees and its leadership team.

The workforce of the future should be regarded as the thinking core and the driver for any Organisation to be successful. HRM has the critical role and responsibility to provide all levels of employees with tools and initiatives that harness changes in employment practices in order to increase productivity, quality, customer responsiveness, adaptability while not overlooking costs control, restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing.

Competition and technological innovations offer new challenges and as Medavia grows, the HR Department in collaboration with the Management seeks to improve employee skills and positive attitudes, and to provide employees with wider responsibilities so that they can make full use of their skills and abilities to fully and continually contribute in achieving organizational goals and targets.
